Qualification & Seeding Rules

  • All qualification and seeding is based on playoff performance during the 2018 calendar year.
  • Ranking is similar to regular league night scoring.
  • For every playoffs you place in the top 3, you will receive one point for every person you finish above in the standings for that playoffs.
  • The player with the highest ranking will receive the highest seed, and so on.
  • Ties will be broken by a single seeding game prior to play.

It's time for the 2018 CCPL inter-league championships to declare a new CCPL Champion! The tournament is limited to qualifying players only.

This tournament format will be "Royal Rumble" ladder style match play until two players remain. The top two players will play a best 2 out of 3 to determine the champion.

Note: WPPR Points ARE NOT awarded for this tournament

  • First match starts at 1:00pm.
  • Play order is fixed based on seed, you must arrive prior to the start of your match or you will forfeit your position.
  • Format is a "Royal Rumble" ladder style match play tournament.
  • Top winner receives the coveted 2018 CCPL Inter-league Championship trophy and bragging rights for a whole year!

Royal Rumble Match Play

  • Each round will consist of a one game match between the bottom 4 remaining seeds.
  • The loser of the match is eliminated from the tournament.
  • The eliminated player will choose the next game that is played.
  • The next highest ranked seed replaces the eliminated player and another 4 player match is played.
  • This pattern continues until there are three remaining players.
  • The final three players will play a single three player match, with the loser being eliminated.
  • The final two players will play a best two out of three match.
  • Loser of game 1 chooses game 2. Loser of game 2 chooses game 3.
  • Winner of the final match will be declared the 2018 CCPL Champion!
